Vintage 531 Reynolds 58cm Frame Campagnolo Victory components
58 cm (22.5”) frame (center top)
Top tube C-C = 21 3/4
Seat tube C-C = 21 3/4
This is a one owner bike that was retired to the trainer after he got a carbon bike, it has some rust on the components like B cups and headset, see pics for condition.
Serial # 147517 means iw was made in 1984, according to this web page:

But it is on the cover of the 1985 TREK catalog, so it was a 1985 model year.

(catalog said it came with sew up tires but this one came with clinchers, I remember ‘cause I sold it new!)

Campagnolo components: headset, brakes & levers, front & rear derailleurs & shifters, cranks, bottom bracket, seat post.
Cinelli handlebars and stem.
Original paint and original decals.
All parts are original I believe.
All bearings are smooth and function smothly.
Wheels are true, spokes are tight.
No pedals.
Some eBayers expressed concern over the condition of the BB shell so I cleaned it up with a brush and soapy water. See new pic of BB area.
