DIRECT FROM THE E.P. Blvd Pawn Shop IN MEMPHIS...The world went into shock on August 16, 1977 when Elvis Presley suddenly died. The sad news spread worldwide that The King was dead.
Meanwhile here in Memphis the city was preparing for his funeral.
The August 17, 1977 Memphis Newspapers announcing Elvis’ death. The combo includes 1 Memphis press scimitar and 1 commercial appeal.
DIRECT FROM MEMPHIS.
Own a piece of history. The newspapers are all the same but may slightly vary from the photo as they are coming from a collection of them recently discovered in a warehouse here in Memphis.
The newspapers does have a fold from 1977 and will be shipped folded.
