Up for bid is a wonderful vintage Fourth Of July postcard. This card features a colorful lithographic illustration of Independence Hall as the flag-draped Liberty Bell is overhead in the clouds. The Stars & Stripes banner makes a colorful decoration at the bottom. When you supersize image 1 you will see the wonderful detail on this card. The colors are vivid and the artistry is just great! This beautifully embossed card was printed in pre-WWI Saxony, and published by Raphael Tuck & Sons. It is part of their "Independence Day Series of Post Cards No. 109". It has not been postally used and has no handwriting on its divided back. Here is a wonderful vintage card that is ready for framing or to add to your Patriotic or July 4th postcard collection.
