Vintage Schwinn Boys 20" 1968 Sting-Ray ? I think Serial number MD84263

Vintage Schwinn Boys 20" Project Bike. I don't know a thing about this kind of bike.  It is rough.  It might be a good restoration project or perhaps someone can use some of the parts. The serial number appears to be MD84263 which I think by the Schwinn web page is a 1968 Sting-Ray? Again, I really do not know a thing about these.  Please let me know if you have any questions or if you have any information on the bike that you think I should pass along.  I have never shipped a bike before.  It looks like I will have to break it down to ship it so it will be in parts when you get it.  Perhaps it will take multiple boxes.  Not sure.
