These pants appear to be designed to look like a voluminous and elegant skirt.
The left leg is a full 37" across at the ankle and laps over the right leg.  The right leg is 23" at the ankle.
The Crepe Chiffon Fabric is doubled so there is no hem or hem line.  It is truly some Luxurious Fabric - must feel - will love!
